NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

RETURN PROCESS

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Ensure all tags are intact and include the return form provided by our customer service team.

Ship the item to the return address provided. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was sent.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@obacht-originals.com. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate and cover any return shipping costs.
