At OBACHT originals, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This return policy applies to all on-demand (dropshipping) clothing items purchased from our webshop.

 

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item was purchased in the last 14 days.

  • The item is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

  • The item is not a personalized or custom-made product, as these cannot be returned.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Underwear, swimwear, or any items marked as non-returnable on the product page for hygiene reasons.

  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount (unless defective).
     

RETURN PROCESS

Step 1 - Initiate a Return

Contact us at info@obacht-originals.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the item.

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions

We will provide you with return instructions, including the return address and any necessary documentation.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Ensure all tags are intact and include the return form provided by our customer service team.

  • Ship the item to the return address provided. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was sent.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@obacht-originals.com. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate and cover any return shipping costs.
